    furnace for melting metal

Metal melting equipment offers a high degree of customization, enabling the creation of tailor-made furnaces based on the characteristics of the materials to be melted and actual production requirements:

For different materials, such as low-melting-point metals like aluminum and zinc, the heating power and anti-oxidation structures are optimized; for high-melting-point metals like tungsten and superalloys, the power output and high-temperature-resistant furnace linings are enhanced; for precious metals (gold, silver), emphasis is placed on precise temperature control and low-loss designs; for scrap and mixed metals, large-capacity feeding and automatic slag removal functions are adapted.

In terms of output, ranging from small-scale laboratory melting of a few kilograms of samples to large-scale industrial continuous production of dozens of tons per furnace, the furnace capacity and automation level (such as automatic pouring and continuous operation systems) can be adjusted to ensure that production capacity matches efficiency.

This customization capability allows the equipment to precisely meet the melting needs of different materials and production scales, enhancing production adaptability and economy.

    titanium melting furnace

This  induction heating machine multifunctional can be used to melt steel, stainless steel, iron, copper, gold, silver, aluminum, aluminum alloy and other non-ferrous metals and precious metals.

Factory equipment can be roughly divided into three series

Induction melting furnace series: Using the principle of medium-frequency (500Hz ~ 10kHz) or high-frequency (above 10kHz) electromagnetic induction, the metal itself generates eddy current to heat up, with a thermal efficiency of 60% ~ 80%, and the heating speed is more than 30% faster than that of traditional fuel furnaces.   Equipped with an intelligent temperature control system, the temperature fluctuation can be controlled within ±5℃ (high-precision models can reach ±2℃), which is suitable for melting various metals such as copper, aluminum, steel and precious metals, especially for small and medium batch production of high-precision castings.

Arc melting furnace series: It can generate high temperature above 2000℃ through electrode arc, with a single furnace capacity of 5 ~ 50 tons.   It can handle large-scale scenarios such as high melting point metals (such as tungsten and molybdenum) and scrap steel recycling.   With automatic slag removal and continuous operation design, it can meet the needs of industrial mass production.

Special melting furnace series: Including vacuum melting furnace (purity up to 99.99% or more, suitable for high-temperature alloys used in aerospace), inert gas protection furnace (to prevent loss of easily oxidized metals such as titanium and magnesium), small laboratory melting furnace (5 ~ 50kg capacity, supporting multi-stage temperature curve preset), covering high-end material research and development and special process needs.
